Air Conditioner Maintenance

You know you’re supposed to; you’ve heard about it and read about it; now that summer is just around the corner it’s time to clean the filter in your air conditioner—every 30 days, in fact. But when’s the last time you actually did it?

I'm still researching on the best type of air conditioner to buy. And every few sites or so I see wonderful tips on how to take care of them.
