Some homeowners have decided to cash in on their new abodes by listing them in arguably one of the worst real estate climates in the last 20 years. Unfortunately for them the homes are just to expensive to keep considering the increased footprint and utility expense after the homes are "remodeled".

Its true. They use some really new technology to ensure the running costs are kept dwon. Understandable. It must be hard for the crew when they hear their hard work is going to be changing hands!

I can imagine the costs of running these homes are really high. I have noticed that the newer episodes focus more on greener energy efficient things!
