Is Tool Time Back on the Air?

    pam-anderson-tool-time.jpg

So it's a fictional show on a sitcom but the concept of Tool Time, which was slightly modified from This Old House, was always entertaining as Tim fumbled his way through home improvement projects with his "Norm" not far to save the day. The addition of Pam Anderson as the Tool Time girl wasn't original but boosted ratings for Tool Time and Home Improvement.

Could a show like this really make it on the air today. Some of the current offerings on HGTV and the DIY Network don't seem very far off the mark as they bring in attractive designers, contractors, hosts and tear down and build up houses.

What's your favorite home improvement show and are there any new ones you're looking forward to this fall?

      1. The New Yankee Workshop
      2. This Old House
      3 Ask This Old House
      4. Holmes on Homes

This Old House is the best home improvement show by far, end of story. Ask This Old House is second followed by Holmes on Homes. The New Yankee Workshop is the best woodworking show of all times, peried. I may add, Bob Vila is a joke, thank God he's gone.

The tool girl who replaced Pam was much cuter - too bad I don't think she ever did anything on TV after that. I don't really care for any of the new shows except maybe extreme home makeover.

I'd watch a show with Pam Anderson as a tool girl and some of these new hosts are almost as hot.
