    Home Improvement Spending Habits That Might Surprise You

    We've always been curious as to how much people spend on home improvement projects and today FIXR released a great graphic of data pulled from The American Housing Survey, US Census, National Bureau of Economic Research and the Joint Center of Housing Studies of Harvard University.

    We're surprised that room additions and alterations ranked much higher than kitchen and bath remodels in both annual spent per year and home improvement budgets.
