    diy-inspiration.jpg

What's the hardest part of a project? For some the toughest obstacle can be just getting started.

We want to know where you seek DIY inspiration and in what form?

    Magazines?
    Books?
    Websites?
    Blogs?
    Stores?

Please share with us in the comments below what resources help you kick start your projects and we'll write a follow-up article sharing ours and everyone's favorites.

Magazines (Family Handyman and Fine Homebuilding), blogs (this and 30+ others), and HGTV/DIY Network. I use google images a lot as well.

For me the hardest part is figuring out what I want in terms of design. Once I get an idea in my head I can implement it but it is settling on the initial design idea in my head that's the hardest. I haven't been exposed to enough different ideas to be able to look at a space and know what will look and work the best.

Magazines are still my first love and my friends and neighbors also inspire me.

I love to watch HGTV and I read blogs obsessively including this one!
