To describe the recent real estate market as shaky is a vast understatement. Yet, despite the economic rollercoaster, the simple truth is that people are still moving and are still seeking homes.

But it's true -- people usually want to vomit when they find out how much our monthly mortgage payment is. It's less than most people's car payments. Hence why two kids right out of college with no careers could afford to buy a house.
