We're thrilled to offer our readers Product Giveaways and we've provided this handy FAQ as a way of sharing our Giveaway rules and regulations.

Q: Where do all these Giveaways come from?
A: Our awesome prizes are typically donated by the company or individual mentioned in the post. Giveaways are typically sponsored by said company. If you are interested in gaining more exposure for your brand or product contact us. sales@charlesandhudson.com for more information.

Q: Who is eligible to win?
A: There's no purchase necessary to enter any of our Giveaways, so anyone who can comment or Tweet is eligible to win provided they live in the United States or Canada and is 18 years of age or older.

Q: What if I've already won, am I still eligible for more Giveaways?
A: Yes, if you've previously won we welcome you to try again and you can enter with as many email addresses that you have but please make sure they are active as it's the only way we have of contacting winners.

Q: How do you select the "random" winner?
A: We use random.org to help us pick all of our winners, so yes - they are truly random.

Q: I've never won, so what's the secret to upping my chances?
A: For now, we're sticking to a strict one-entry-per-email-address system. But you can also Tweet the contest which will increase your odds of winning.

Q: Anything else I need to know?
A: Here's the fine print that's not too scary. Charles & Hudson LLC reserves the right to execute any Contest or Giveaway on charlesandhudson.com at it's discretion and determine winners as they see fit and as they see fair. Rules, entry guidelines, prizes and eligibility for a contest may be changed at any time and without notice. Prize providers reserve the right to terminate a contest at any time and blog readers will be notified if and why this occurs.
