Custom Prefab McMansions
Prefab homes have long been thought to be all energy efficient as well as built on a smaller scale. This is changing as there are more prefab builders who are offering custom prefab solutions to houses of larger scale (up to 7,200 sqft).
People can now get McMansions in less time! Not a great trend but at least they are saving on materials.
