Just because your kitchen was built in the 80’s doesn’t mean you’re regulated to ugly cabinets and formica countertops. And you also don’t have to spend a fortune to modernize it. A great example is what this homeowner did by keeping the same kitchen footprint but upgrading the appliances, painting the cabinets, and refreshing the countertops, all for $14k.
