This houseblogger has uncovered a badly damaged wall after removing the stubborn wallpaper that also took the plaster with it.
Obviously before painting or applying new wallpaper this section of the wall will have to be rebuilt, preferably using drywall, but what they should also look for are water leaks or reasons why the wall has deteriorated. Any other suggestions???
