Stiletto Tools continues to innovate and the Stiletto Trimbone Hammer is their latest masterpiece. It’s Stiletto Tools first trim hammer and it’s DNA is straight from their iconic titanium Tibone hammer. The Stiletto Trimbone has quite a few new features that make working with nails much easier.
We met the friendly guys from Stiletto Tools at last years National Hardware show in Las Vegas and we were pleased to see them again at this years Builders Show.
The Stiletto Trimbone hammer is their showpiece this year and we got a feature rundown from Mark Martinez, the inventor of the first titanium hammer.
The hammer face is available in a milled or smooth surface.
The side nail puller is still there but the top head of the hammer has now been rounded off so it won’t damage the wood surface. The nail puller is also available in two different configurations. One of them can also double as a chisel.
Instead of placing the nail starter notch in the head of the hammer they placed it at the base of the handle and it uses a magnet to keep the nail in place before a swift pound gets it started.
The Trimbone will be available later this year from all Milwaukee and Stiletto tool outlets and should remain a staple among their titanium Tibone hammers.
